چکیده

DNA nanostructures and aptamers are both promising tools in numerous fields, particular biology medicine, thanks to their respective advantages. In recent years, there has been a growing trend of integrating these two emerging with much progress having achieved. The convergence nucleic acid aptamer nanotechnology led many powerful nanoplatforms for biosensing, bioimaging, targeted drug delivery, bioregulation, biomimicry. With the rapid evolution ever-growing efforts from diverse aptamer-integrated will play increasing roles biological biomedical applications. addition critical roles, is also considered an excellent engineering material unique characteristics high programmability addressability. Recent advances enable rational design precise fabrication various exquisite nanostructures, providing new opportunities technological uses. Meanwhile, integration molecular recognition capacity can further expand scope application. Particularly suited this goal, short single-stranded acids selected via vitro strategy called systematic ligands by exponential enrichment. As analogs antibodies, bind targets, such as small molecules, proteins, viruses, bacteria, even whole cells. Apart comparable specificity affinity have several advantages, including weight, designability, easy synthesis, convenient modification. Indeed, marriage generated advanced review, we summarize progress, application, prospect fields facilitates construction rationally designed applications.1Michelotti N. Johnson-Buck A. Manzo A.J. Aptamers: Biomedical Interest and Applications

Aptamers are short DNA or RNA oligonucleotides specialized in the specific and efficient binding to a target molecule. They are obtained by in vitro selection or evolution processes. It was in 1990 that two independent research groups described the bases of a new in vitro technology for the identification of RNA molecules able to specifically bind to a target [1,2]. Tuerk and Gold established t...
